Why we built GetProperties

Hyderabad's property market is full of broker markups, fake listings, and phone numbers that get sold to spam callers the moment you enquire. GetProperties exists to fix that: every owner is personally verified by our team, every buyer is identity-checked before an owner is contacted, and nobody pays a rupee in brokerage.

How verification actually works

A new listing goes live immediately — labeled "Under Review" so buyers always know its status. Within 24 hours, our Hyderabad team calls the owner to confirm identity and property details. Only genuine listings are approved; the rest are removed. We're starting with a manual, human process because trust can't be faked — as we grow we'll add automated document checks on top of it, not instead of it.

We'd rather do one city extremely well than spread thin across many. Hyderabad is home first — more cities will follow once our verification process proves it can scale without losing the trust that makes GetProperties different.
